■ 朝立ち refers to a sexual erection in the morning, popularly referred to as "morning wood" in English. 朝 means morning, and 立ち means "stand" or "stand up." The online dictionary Eijiro also gives "hail smiling morn," "matutinal erection," "morning pride," "piss hard," "piss-proud" and "pride of the morning" as glosses.
□ Note that 夕立（ゆうだち） is almost never sexual, referring instead to an evening shower, common in summer in Japan.
A medical condition related to 朝立ち is Nocturnal Penile Tumescense (NPT) or 夜間陰茎勃起現象(やかんいんけいぼっきげんしょう), found at とらももワールドへようこそ.
Synonyms for 朝立ち given in 『性語辞典』 include 朝びん, 朝まち, 小便立ち, 小便まち, and 早期勃起 .
