1. chicken and egg over rice
■ 親 means parent and 子 means child. A 丼 is a thick bowl with steep sides and by extension a dish of something over rice. 親子丼 is a dish of chicken and egg over rice. The pronunciation of どんぶり is often shortened to どん when referring to the food.
In Hokkaido, 親子丼 sometimes refers to 鮭 "salmon" and イクラ "salmon roe" over rice. This is also called 石狩丼 or 鮭親子丼.
□ Recipes for 親子丼 in Japanese and English are offered at stnspmenu.

2. two-generation sex
■ From the more literal meaning "parent and child," this also refers to sex with two generations, usually mother and daughter.
□ A definition is given in Japanese at 私は風俗研究家(でも初心者), where it says 母親と娘と同時に(順番に)性行為すること。もしくは父親と息子と同時に(順番に)性行為すること。
A slightly different definition is given at 18禁ゲーム用語辞典 where the mother is given as a widow.
A counterexample exists at [先生と保護者/秘密の体験] - HS-BBS.
By extension, 丼 can mean sex with two people, as in 姉妹丼 sister 丼 as seen at 「男の丼」 and 愛姉妹:1巻.
◇ From 仮面カップル 告白: 娘がいるので親子丼でも良いかな。。。と、なんとなく思ってる。
There's a daughter, so the thought of doing an 親子丼 came to me.
